Thanks for the reply. "Jung At Heart" is close. The tune was played TWICE this morning
both at 8:38 and 8:48 AM Eastern Time. The train whistle is still the best way I can
describe it. I did notice that at the end of the forecast, it sounded like the metal
drums like might be played in Jamaica. Any other ideas?

oh, then that song you're talking about is Time is Tight by The Clash although it sounds nothing like train whistles.
