Hi STAR Team ever since yesterday morning my radar/satellite hasn't had any data (clouds/precip) on it..it still loops thru the past 5 hours but there isn't anything on it..however the radar/satellite on the LDL during programming doesn't have any problems and is showing clouds and precip. If there is anything you could do STAR Team it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks STAR Team for getting the Sat/Rad problem fixed...but it has been shifted up a bit and zoomed in is there anyway it can be shifted back and zoomed out like it was previously showing the Gulf of Mexico?

Thanks STAR Team

We have been working on this for a few days (corruption)...I am testing a frame which is closer to what you previously saw. We'll see if this works. If it does not work, we will have to stay with what you have now. I deployed what you are seeing now so you have at least some data.

Hey STAR Team I was wondering if there has been any progress with the corruption problem and if the frame you tested for the area worked?

Thanks STAR Team!

I put your star up in-house and saw images. Are you not seeing a radsat?

STAR Team, there is a similar issue with a lot of West Coast STARs where the satellite almost never shows a full 10-hour loop. It's been like this for about two years now. Could this be looked into?

I'm not a viewer of any of the west coast STARs, but I've noticed this error happening to all the STARs in that area that use a satellite map.

Hey STAR Team it seems like my radsat frame has been shifted north a bit from the previous frame...I was wondering if it could be shifted back south to the previous frame showing more of the Gulf of Mexico. I appreciate your help!

Hey DJ,
Yes, image was put back to an image which shows more of the gulf this am. On Friday, I had to change the image farther north for a test in-house fix to the issue you initially reported some time ago. Software Engineering was working on a solution and we chose your box as a test. You should start seeing images you were more accustomed to over the next few hours.

Oh okay I understand..I havent had a chance to check yet but if its no problem when you change the image could you shift it far enough south to where the precip indicator banner is over Northern Mississippi if its no trouble...thanks for the explanation and I really appreciate everything you do STAR Team!
