TWC has not made any prior inducements, promises or representations to Submitter regarding the idea. Any submission to TWC is made with the understanding that TWC shall give the idea such consideration as it merits in TWC's sole and final judgment, and TWC is under no obligation to you whatsoever if it does not evaluate the idea or does not desire to use the idea. You acknowledge that no obligation of any kind is assumed by, or may be implied against, TWC unless and until a formal written contract has been entered into between you and TWC regarding the idea, and then the obligation shall be only as is expressed in the formal written contract.

Consideration of the idea by TWC is not an admission by TWC of the novelty, propriety or originality of the idea. You understand and acknowledge that: a. TWC receives numerous submissions from third parties, and b. TWC is constantly developing in-house ideas, formats, stories, concepts, artwork, music, and the like, and that many such submissions and/or developments heretofore or hereafter received and/or developed by TWC may be similar to or identical to those contained in the submission of your idea, and you agree that TWC’s use of the same or similar concepts or information as those used by you or disclosed as part of the idea shall not give rise to any inference that your idea was utilized, as to which you shall have the burden of proof.
