From the vaults...a look at programming for "The Morning Report," from 5-10 a.m. ET, for the second half of 1990. Morning programming had been consistent on TWC for nearly three years, except for an overhaul of the Local Forecast flavors in mid 1990. Notice how jam-packed this hour is -- little fluff here. Note also how the programming block divides the hour into thirds for busy morning viewers, rather than halves, and that you could catch your local forecast no less than 12 times an hour!

LOL. I was watching last night and during "Evening Edition," they had a segment were they talked about weather events across the globe in like 15 seconds. What!? :o
