Yesterday when I saw Her on Your Weather Today she look really HOT. Anyways did u notice that change?

That's the problem.
She also points to the map weird..and her voice is very dull, and it makes her sound tired.

I haven't seen Nicole on camera in ages. I thought she left TWC.

I think Jen Carfagno is the only one who can pull of the different shades of hair
She is very pretty..and her meteorology is pretty good too. Could be better though.. I think she would fit in on YWT more than Nicole.

Her skills may not be as good right now because she just had a baby. She's probably still stressed out over that. Give her a few months, and she will be back to normal.
I hate Nicole. I rather have Alexandra on YWT.

Does anybody have a screen capture showing Nicole Mitchell? I have yet to see her in a long while.
As far as Jen Carfagno goes, she should go with all one hair color without the streaks.
Hard to explain, but I just think the streaks "cheapens" or if not done right, it looks cheesy.
And yes, Jen's been looking great since her daughter was born. Today was no exception.
